Hemp Seeds

Hemp seeds may be a new ingredient for you.  Lean in.  Give them a try.  They have a nutty flavor and are a good source of both protein and omega 3 fats. 

Store them in the fridge and use leftover hemp seeds in your smoothies.  You can also sprinkle on top of your yogurt and salads. 

Pepitas

What in the heck is a pepita?  Glad you asked.

Pepitas are pumpkin seeds without the shell.  They provide a plant-based source of both fat and proteins so they can help diversify your food sources.  Pepitas provide a great crunch to the bars.
